Frequently Asked Questions

We highly recommend washing all bundles and closures before installing. Be sure to shampoo and condition throughly, using a detangling brush/comb. Rinse all product out thoroughly before installing. Not rinsing all of the product out can cause the hair to be oily and heavy during your install. Let air dry. We recommend washing your bundles and closures with care, every 2-3 weeks.

For curly hair, to detangle always begin at the ends and work your way up to the roots. This method prevents excessive shedding. It is important that you take your time and work in sections to detangle, as curly hair is more high maintenance. Use a wide tooth comb or detangling brush for best results. Please remember that this is 100% human hair and it still needs to be treated with care for longevity. Before bed, be sure to brush hair from ends to root to remove any tangles and braid hair into a big braid. Using a satin scarf/bonnet is recommended.

Our bundles can weigh from 90.0g to 100.0 g. 

We typically recommend for the lengths of: 

12'-18' - 2 or more bundles.

18'-22' - 3 or more bundles.

24'-30' - 4 or more bundles.

32' or longer - 5 or more bundles.

The longer the length, the shorter the weft.

With proper maintenance the hair can last up to one to two years, with proper care. This is 100% Virgin Hair, meaning the hair has not been chemically processed or altered in anyway. Virgin hair resembles human hair, and must be treated as such. Please remember that you still must treat this hair as your own. Your hair will take care of you, as long as you take care of it!

Yes, you can color this hair. Our hair is 100% Virgin Hair, meaning it has not been chemically processed or altered. Please keep in mind once you color your hair, it is no longer virgin hair. We recommend having your bundles colored by a professional.

Please allow a processing time of 5-7 business days for your order and payment to be processed. Once processed, your order will be shipped and should arrive within 2-4 business days depending on your location in the US. Orders placed on the weekends will be processed the following business day. 

Orders will be available for pick up AFTER processing time. We will contact you if your order has arrived early and is ready to be picked up.

All sales are final, due to the nature of our business.

We only provide exchanges, in the event that we have made a mistake with your order. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@thesevencollection.us. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
